Learn how to take old/used clothing and give them a second chance in a new form. 84% of all clothing ends up in landfills. Let's help reduce that amount by using our sewing skills for reincarnation. Whether it be tailoring it to a new size or completely turning it in to something new, you will learn to upcycle your thrift store finds at this eco-conscious class.
The first hour will be spent covering several techniques to achieve the best results when upcycling. We will also discuss the correct supplies and tools to use on different fabrics and projects.
The rest of the class will be spent focusing on your personal sewing ideas. Bring 3-4 different items to give new life!
